At the inception of Abrahamic religions thousands of years ago, the Great Divine Mother was erased from the world by the ignorant lie that it is even possible for a Father to have a pussy-womb that births all of creation. (nice try, buddy :/) Since then, women have been allowed to exist in 4 categories: Virgin, Whore, Seductress, Demon.
This lie is the root of all of our horrors, this lie is the foundation of our entire modern reality that is so void of soul I often want to gauge out my eyeballs and eat them just to experience something real. Every system on Planet Earth has been poisoned by this falsity.
It is no wonder we have been taught to hate ourselves! To dismember ourselves! To chop our wholeness into bite sized pieces! To worship mediocre men and anything outside of us while our own power lays dormant!
We have been bred by a culture-less culture that was not built for us, for our self actualization or thriving. It was built to take from, kill, and erase us.
So we must kill it. We must break the frame, and mother ourselves and one another back into wholeness.

God is within us. And God is a freak. And this is why blasphemy and being filthy and excessive and way too much is my religion.
DESCENT exists for women who belong nowhere. This is an initiatory rite for women who see too much, grieve too much, know too much, laugh too much, fuck too much, care too much, and are too alive for a culture that is deadened, numbed out, not reflective of her true essence, and just plain fucking boring.
This is a mind-melding, ecstatic 4 day experience for women who want to break the box of the long-trodden patriarchal frame of reality, and summon the old ways of our pre-Abrahamic heritage that have been buried underneath centuries and centuries of bullshit.
